Terms and Conditions of Circus Bazaar Magazine
The Agreement
The agreement consists of these sales conditions, information provided in the ordering solution, and any specifically agreed terms. In case of any contradiction between the information, what has been specifically agreed between the parties prevails, as long as it does not conflict with mandatory legislation. The agreement will also be supplemented by relevant legal provisions that regulate the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.

Price
The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer shall pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed the buyer about before the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.
Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent their order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there have been writing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the online store’s ordering solution or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.
Payment
The Circus Bazaar Company offers various payment options for the convenience of our customers:
- Woo Payments: For credit and debit card payments, ensuring secure and efficient processing.
- Stripe: Supports card payments and digital wallets with robust security protocols.
- Vipps: Available for Norwegian customers for easy mobile payments.Payment processing and security are taken seriously, with transactions encrypted and securely processed. The buyer should provide accurate payment information to avoid delays. Buyers under 18 years cannot pay with subsequent invoicing.
Delivery
Goods will be shipped within 1 week of receiving the payment. Delivery occurs when the buyer, or their representative, has taken possession of the item. Buyers will be notified of the shipment and provided with tracking information where available. The Circus Bazaar Company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address information.
Risk for the Goods
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when they, or the buyer’s representative, have received the goods in accordance with point 6.
Right of Withdrawal
Unless exempt, the buyer can cancel the purchase according to the right of withdrawal law. Notification must be made within 14 days from the start of the deadline. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Delay and Non-Delivery
If the seller does not deliver or delivers late, and this is not due to the buyer, the buyer can withhold the purchase amount, demand fulfillment, cancel the agreement, and/or demand compensation from the seller.
Deficiency in the Goods
Buyers can report defects to The Circus Bazaar Company via our contact form at https://circusbazaar.com/contact-us/. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, no later than two years (or five years for goods intended to last longer) after taking over the goods.
Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer’s Default
If the buyer fails to pay or fulfill other obligations, the seller may withhold the goods, demand fulfillment of the agreement, terminate the agreement, and claim compensation from the buyer. Interest on late payment and a fee for uncollected non-prepaid goods may apply.
Warranty
Warranty given by the seller or manufacturer provides the buyer with additional rights. This does not limit the buyer’s right to make claims for delays or defects.

Conflict Resolution
Complaints should be addressed to The Circus Bazaar Company within a reasonable time, referring to points 9 and 10. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation, available at phone 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no. Additionally, EU residents may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Cancellation and Automatic Renewal of Subscription for Circus Bazaar Magazine.
Automatic Renewal of Subscription: Your subscription to the print edition of Circus Bazaar Magazine is subject to automatic annual renewal. This means that unless you actively cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription cycle, and you will be charged the applicable annual subscription fee.
Ongoing Subscription Commitment: By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be maintained at the then-current subscription rate.
Active Cancellation Required to Stop Renewal: To prevent automatic renewal and the corresponding charge for the subsequent year, you must cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by either:
- Logging into your account on the Circus Bazaar Magazine website and completing the subscription cancellation process.
- Directly contacting Circus Bazaar through our Contact Form.
Deadline for Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Requests received less than 30 days before the subscription renewal date will result in cancellation for the following cycle.
Acknowledgement of Subscription Terms: By continuing your subscription, you authorize Circus Bazaar to charge your payment method annually. You can change your payment method or cancel your subscription at any time as described above. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon processing your cancellation request, Circus Bazaar will send you a confirmation email. Keep this confirmation for your records.
